The marketplace-like integration page and the activation process provide a user-friendly experience, enabling users to harness the power of diverse integrations while maintaining control over their usage. To achieve this:
Step 1: Navigate to the Apps & Integrations menu item. You'll find a continuously updated list of currently supported integrations. The content may vary based on the time of access.
Step 2: Once the preferred integration is selected, click the Activate button to access and enter the necessary credentials associated with that integration. SmartOLT is an example below.
Step 3: Click on the Test Configuration button, upon successful validation of your credentials, you will see the notification below.
Step 4: To unlock the extended features of your integration within Bonga Cloud, select the Activate Now button. Once activated successfully, you'll receive a notification. Click OK to close the prompt.
Step 5: The integration will be categorized under Your Integrations to indicate its current active status within your environment. This will be affected on the relevant section within Bonga Cloud.
To update the integration, select the Configure button, enter new credentials, and follow the procedure again from step 2. If you wish to deactivate the integration, follow the procedure below:
Step 1: Select the Deactivate button. Subsequently, a confirmation dialogue will appear for your confirmation.
Step 2: Proceed by selecting Yes, deactivate it! You will receive a prompt on success.
